Reema Health Expands Leadership Team

Community-based health technology firm names seasoned healthcare leaders to the roles of Director of Field Operations and Chief Growth Officer

April 20, 2022 – Minneapolis, MN – Reema Health, a community-based health technology platform, announced the company has added two strategic new roles to its leadership team. Melissa Kjolsing has been named as Reema’s Chief Growth Officer and Nafula Namuninia has joined as Director of Field Operations.

As Chief Growth Officer, Melissa Kjolsing will spearhead strategic growth initiatives and lead business development for Reema. “As an industry leader who has been firmly embedded in Minnesota’s vibrant startup community for years, Melissa knows how to drive growth in a way that is both impactful and purposeful,” said Reema CEO Justin Ley.

As Director of Field Operations, Nafula Namuninia will lead Reema’s staff of experienced Community Guides and provide strategic guidance on the continuing development of Reema’s health technology platform. She is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than a decade supporting underserved populations in the U.S. and Kenya. “Nafula’s experiences working with a broad swath of private, nonprofit and public health programs will be an immense asset for Reema’s leadership team moving forward,” Ley said.
